  • Senior Developer

    Develops and maintains Electronic Research Administration applications. Consults with product specialists to identify current operating procedures and to clarify program objectives. Has knowledge of commonly used programming concepts and practices within an Object Oriented Programming Environment. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Mentors other developers. Mentors other developers.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Fix issues as identified by clients, Product Specialists, and QA
    • Interpret specifications to develop new functionality
    • Maintain proper coding standards
    • Research and propose software design patterns
    • Mentor other developers

    Position Essentials:

    • Bachelor degree in computer science or equivalent
    • 3-6 years experience in a software development environment
    • Proficient with C#.NET, VB.NET, Javascript and JQuery
    • Understanding of database structure and how they interact with web applications

  • Developer

    Entry level software development position. Modifies, develops, writes and implements software programming applications. Supports and/or installs software applications. Participates in the testing process through test review and analysis. Consults with product specialists to identify current operating procedures and to clarify program objectives. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.

    Essential Functions

    • Interpret specifications to develop new functionality
    • Research and propose software design patterns
    • Maintain proper coding standards
    • Keep track of task lists provided by the Product Specialists and QA
    • Fix issues as identified by clients, Product Specialists, and QA

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Understanding of object oriented development and programming
    • Familiarity with C#, VB Classic and VB.NET, ASP, and HTML
    • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
